The wheatgrass is one of the easiest one to grow in the home environment. Studies have shown that if it can be taken as juice it is very good for health. It consists of Amino acids, enzymes, and vitamins A and C are available in high quantity. It also contains K Vitamins and B vitamins that increase the immune system.
The antioxidants present in the wheatgrass prevent skin diseases. It reduces the spots and make the skin glow. If a glass of this juice is mixed with bathing water, and after half an hour bathing with this water cleans the body and also gives the energy to resist the heat of the sun. Put this juice for 20 minutes and then wash your hair with shampoo to lessen your hair fall.
To grow this useful grass at our home….
A half cup of wheat grains should be taken and let them soak in water for a day. Then take out the wheat seeds and wrap them in a cloth, they will be sprouting the next morning. Take some soil in a wide tray or pot and put the wheat into it. Cover it with a thin cloth and sprinkle water on it.
Do it for three days and you get the wheatgrass gradually. If the tray is kept in the sun daily, for a while, and sprinkling water over the wheatgrass will increase its height to six to eight inches in a week. This grass can be used completely or leave an inch for future growth and cut the remaining to use it for the present.
